This video is over a year old but it is just as pertinent now as it was then. This will be included in my submission to the ACCC. That fight is not over yet.
There are a lot of changes to the PayPal User Agreement and they are not in your favor.

OK...I have a few questions:
1) Why was his account shut down?
2) Did he try to move funds back into his account that really did not belong to him (such as refunds)?
3) Why doesn't he just close his checking account and be done with it?
I see the point behind this recording, but it just seems one sided.
